The 2017 GMC Acadia is the first-ever car on the market to offer a Rear Seat Reminder system. New this year, the technology is designed to alert drivers of passengers and/or items left in the backseat upon exiting the vehicle.

The 2018 Buick Regal will officially be available as a wagon when it’s released on the market in the near future. This information was recently shared during Buick’s annual dealer meeting in Austin, Texas, where the automaker showed off the new Regal, along with the upcoming Regal GS.

Buick has plans to launch a brand-new Buick Enclave Sport Touring Edition model for the upcoming 2017 model year. The latest addition to Buick’s growing Sport Touring Edition lineup, the soon-to-be-released midsize SUV will adopt Buick’s newest design theme, which is guaranteed to appeal to younger drivers in today’s car market.

Those lucky enough to attend this year’s New York Auto Show had the chance to see the fresh-faced Buick Encore up-close and in person. Revised for 2017, the incoming model features the brand’s all-new design language, along with updated exterior components, upgraded interior elements and three new paint color options.

GMC is currently prepping the launch of an all-new special edition Terrain model. Officially called the Terrain Nightfall Edition, the incoming SUV features a blacked-out exterior design and wheels, along with several premium technologies, including IntelliLink, the brand’s signature infotainment system.

Buick’s brand-new Avista Concept car was a huge hit at this year’s Detroit Auto Show, and while initial reports claimed the car would not go into production, this may no longer be the case. According to MotorTrend, the Avista could end up arriving on the market after all as a four-door coupe, ditching its two-door design that originally debuted earlier this year.

During this year’s Super Bowl 50, Buick did something they’ve never done in the past: they premiered their very own Super Bowl commercial! The automaker nabbed two talented celebrities to star in their 30-second spot, highlighting the all-new Cascada luxury convertible, which is on sale now at Van Buick GMC.

GMC’s brand-new 2017 Acadia is at the top of its game for the new model year. The crossover has dropped 700 pounds, offers a new All Terrain model, features two new powertrains and comes with a collection of fresh safety features and technologies designed to improve the driving experience.
