In addition to the all-new 2016 Buick Cascada, Buick has confirmed that it’s going to debut the new 2016 Envision in the U.S., as well. Rumors about the new SUV started last year and we’re excited to announce that Buick has decided to bring it to the states, following a successful sales run in China. The SUV’s exact U.S. launch period hasn’t been confirmed just yet, but its North American market fact sheet is available, so we have all the details you need to know about the 2016 Buick Envision’s features, powertrain, dimensions and more. The SUV’s top highlights include: a 252-horsepower, 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with stop/start technology, which helps enhance efficiency; Buick’s first-ever Active Twin Clutch all-wheel-drive system; and the brand’s HiPer Strut front suspension in its first crossover vehicle application. On the exterior, the SUV will include LED daytime running lamps, LED accents in the taillights, 19-inch aluminum wheels, a lightweight aluminum hood and efficiency-enhancing upper grille shutters. In the cabin, luxury features abound, too. Just a few standard amenities include: heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, tri-zone climate control with rear-seat controls, a premium Bose audio system, IntelliLink with an 8-inch color touchscreen, Buick’s Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, remote start and push-button start.
