2022 GMC Acadia Exterior

What's New for the 2022 GMC Acadia?

The GMC Acadia, a popular midsize SUV, and a solid choice in its class, gets minimal changes for the 2022 model year. One of the most notable changes is that more safety technology is now standard in the Acadia. The GMC Acadia also has a tighter mechanical lineup with the elimination of the previous base engine. That means you'll get more power at the base level and still have the option of upgrading to even more power with the top engine. The lineup remains the same, and many great trim levels ranging from offering the basics for a good price to off-road and luxury-oriented trim levels.

2022 Acadia Trims & Features

The 2022 GMC Acadia comes with four distinctive trim levels. The Acadia lineup begins with the SLE trim, which is the base trim level in 2022. The SLE has a new wheel design this year, and it now comes with many more standard safety components. The SLE features three zones of climate control. It also has a keyless ignition system and remote start. The base trim starts with a six-speaker sound system. It also has active noise cancellation technology to help keep the cabin quiet, and it has five USB charging ports throughout the cabin. WiFi is a standard component with the SLE, and it also has OnStar to provide emergency assistance and support on demand when you are on the road. Leather seats are an upgrade with the SLT, which is the second trim in the GMC Acadia series. The SLT also has heated front seats, and the driver's seat is power-adjustable in eight ways. The infotainment system adds navigation, and you will also get a Bose sound system. The AT4 follows, which is the most rugged and outdoor-oriented in the lineup. The AT4 has a standard V6 engine, all-terrain tires, and hill descent control. The Denali tops the line with an adaptive suspension system for a smooth and compliant ride. It also has a distinguished grille and upgraded 20-inch wheels.
