Buick Extends Color Palette for 2018 Buick Cascada

2018 Buick Cascada

?A car as sleek and spirited as the Cascada demands a varied color palette, one that includes not just the popular neutrals, but rich and vibrant shades of red, blue and green. For 2018, Buick has met this demand, adding three new exterior colors and two new convertible tops for customers to choose from.

The new exterior colors available on the 2018 Cascada are Carrageen Metallic, Darkmoon Blue Metallic and Rioja Red Metallic. Some of last model year’s popular colors also carry over, including Smoked Pearl Metallic, Ebony Twilight Metallic and Sport Red.

“Color is back,” says Catherine Black, lead designer of Buick’s Color and Trim Studio. “While 80 percent of the exterior colors purchased globally are neutrals — black, silver or grey — many customers are starting to move away from these neutral tones and have an appetite for entirely different colors like dark navy and maroon.”

Joining the standard Ebony convertible top are two additional colors: Malbec and Sweet Mokka. Both are limited to select trims and exterior and interior combinations, so be sure to contact us to learn more.

On top of these changes, the popular Sport Touring Dark Effects Package can be had with a total of three colors this year: Sport Red, Summit White and Ebony Twilight Metallic. Regardless of color choice, the package adds gloss black mirror caps, a gloss black grille, alloy sport pedals, red upholstery stitching and piano black interior trim.

The 2018 Buick Cascada will be available soon at Van Buick GMC!
